What materials do you use for construction?

We use trusted brands like UltraTech and ACC cement, Polycab wiring, Anchor switches, and Finolex Cables. Exterior walls are double plastered with a waterproof finish for added durability.

Do your buildings have lifts and power backup?

Yes. We use OTIS lifts (also used in Burj Khalifa) and provide 24/7 generator backup for uninterrupted electricity.

What type of tiles are used in the flats?

We use 2×4 ft high-gloss tiles and double-charged tiles, offering a premium look and lasting strength.

Is there enough water supply?

Yes. We offer unlimited water tank capacity with systems designed to meet the needs of large societies.

Do you build both homes and commercial spaces?

Yes. We construct both residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality, functionality, and timely delivery.
